I hate it because every time I get on here I end up seeing a metric crap ton of cool shit and I can't help but look at all of it, and that not only means I got new artist to keep tabs on but I also got a lot more work to do on the archive.

What a great problem to have!

ARCHIVE

So I've done some arranging, some de-bloating, some experimenting with MX, Fedora, and Ghost Spectre, and finally, some fat trimming. I've got almost everything I want within the archive except some albums I'll have to buy, but the videos still need to be dated, titled, and sorted. Recently went through the effort of making custom folder icons for every artist using illustrator and red ketchup; now everything looks fabulous! Other than that, not much to note.

Probably won't say anything else unless either the archive gets "completed" or deleted.

ART

I've been working not only on the archive, but also on my art. Not digitally (unfortunate for you, my 3 fans, I know) but with pen and paper. I've been spending a half-hour to an hour each day for the past week and a half trying to get good, good enough to draw whatever comes to mind without needing to second guess or modify, hence the pen. I'd say I'm currently about as good as I thought I was in 2016.

Still a long way to go. . .

Today I'm going to take a break and to some stuff in piskel so I don't lose skill there. We'll see if it goes well.

Worst objective I ever gave myself.

I've been at it for almost a year now and I don't know what I'm more upset at; the fact that I can't remember everything, or that I remember so much already that it'll be forever until I'm done.

Probably more the fact I keep finding new stuff I enjoy while I'm at it.
